Has over 18 years of experience in the education sector with in-depth understanding of project management (educational programs), content development, marketing & communications and relationship management. Her key responsibilities include facilitating quality enhancement of the existing Cambridge schools and programmes; identifying opportunities for new school quality improvement; relationship management with ministries, schools, universities and exploring new collaborations with associates and partners. Prior to Cambridge International, Ms. Ghosh was the Head of Business Development (schools) for British Council in India for close to 12 years. She has done her Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Bachelors in Arts (Sociology) from Delhi University.

Professor Krishnan’s main areas of interest are strategy and innovation. He was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, and at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He held the Jamuna Raghavan Chair in Entrepreneurship at IIM-B from 2007-10. He was listed among the Thinkers50 India, the most influential thinkers in management from India (2013) and received the special Thinkers50 India Innovation award (2013). Prof. Krishnan writes extensively, and has more than 140 publications spanning outlets that include referred journals, the popular press, case studies, book chapters, and books. He has also served on committees set up by the Government of India, Nasscom and CII, including the juries for the Nasscom and CII Innovation awards.
